Dog ate my old remote. Needed another one. Product I received is new original equipment just like when I bought the TV. Replacement arrived in pristine condition through a US Postal Service tracked parcel. Popped in batteries and it worked without any problems. I'll use Replacement Remotes again. Completely satisfied with service and order.
