All items except those listed in our Non-refundable Items list (view full return policy at the link below) can be returned in their original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged, or materially different returns. Please view our complete return policy located on https://www.replacementremotes.com/store/return_policy.cfm. All damaged, incorrect, or defective items received should be reported within five (10) days upon receipt. Call us toll-free at 1-877-671-7173 Monday-Friday; 9 am-6 pm ET. We do not reimburse return shipping charges. Specially ordered items are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $4.95, whichever is greater. 
 
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: Please include the order number, a copy of the receipt inside the package, and the product(s) you are returning. Please put a note in the package suggesting either a refund or exchange. Apply postage to the package and return it to 'Dan's Electronics Attn: Returns Dept., 4945 Reynolda Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27106'.

Non-refundable items include Batteries, Keypad Repair Kit, Master/Setup Remotes, and hard copy manuals. More conditions may apply, and returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee if our staff returns a product without notice.

 

If we offer free shipping at the time of purchase, we may withhold our cost for shipping the item from the refund at our discretion. International returns & exchanges

We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally, and orders shipped internationally cannot be returned unless the customer is willing to pay all shipping and importation fees. Returns-Customs, Duties, Taxes & VAT: Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges, and we cannot refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs. 

 

More information on refunds

When issuing a refund, we can only refund back to the original payment method provided, with no exceptions. All refund checks are given to the original purchaser's name and only mailed to the billing address provided when placing the order. Exchanges are allowable for the length of the warranty period. Refunds will only be issued after the merchandise is received. We will not reimburse you for the postage spent sending the item(s) back to us. Your credit card will not be credited or given an exchange unit until we receive and inspect the item(s). Most credit card companies will post the credit to your account within 48 hours, but it may take up to 2 weeks before your credit appears.

Cancellation Policy

All order cancellations are accepted before we ship your item(s). If we have already shipped your order, it cannot be canceled. You must follow our RETURN POLICY at this point. To cancel an order, please call us. If you email us, we may not get to your email in time before we ship; we prefer you to contact us. We can cancel all in-stock orders at any point before we ship. However, we do not guarantee we will catch your order in time before it ships.
