YOU MUST RETURN THE SAME PRODUCT PURCHASED, IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN RECEIVED, WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING, FOR A REFUND. Please view our complete return policy located on DansElectronics.com. 

 

All damaged (from transit) or incorrect items received should be reported to us within five days upon receipt.

All other return requests must be made within 15 business days after delivery. Authorization must be made by phone or Email. Call us toll-free at 1-877-671-7173 Monday-Friday; 9 am-6 pm ET. Operating manuals and Batteries are not eligible for return. 

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: Please include the order number or a copy of the receipt inside the package along with the product(s) you are returning. Put a note in the package suggesting what you would like done (refund, exchange). Apply postage to the package and return it to 'Dan's Electronics Attn: Returns Dept., 4945 Reynolda Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27106'.



New/Refurbished items must have our security sticker/mark intact. All refunds are issued in the same manner we have received your funds. Non-refundable items: Batteries, Keypad Repair Kit, Master/Setup Remotes, Hard copy manuals, and PDF manuals. More conditions may apply. Returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee if our staff returns a product without notice.

 

If we offer free shipping at the time of purchase, we may withhold our cost for shipping the item from the refund at our discretion. After returning your product(s), we will only refund the product's price in most cases. International returns & exchanges

We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned unless the customer is willing to pay all shipping and importation fees. Returns-Customs, Duties, Taxes & VAT: Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. Additionally, we cannot refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs. 

 

More information on refunds

All credit card refunds are issued to the initially charged credit card only. All refund checks are issued to the original purchaser's name and only mailed to the billing address provided when placing the order. Exchanges are allowable for the length of the warranty period. Refunds will only be issued after the merchandise is received. We will not reimburse you for the postage spent sending the item(s) back to us. Your credit card will not be credited or given an exchange unit until we receive and inspect the item(s). Most credit card companies will post the credit to your account within 48 hours, but it may take up to 2 weeks before your credit appears.

Cancellation Policy

All order cancellations are accepted before we ship your item(s). If we have already shipped your order, it cannot be canceled. You must follow our RETURN POLICY at this point. To cancel an order, please call us. If you email us, we may not get to your email in time before we ship; we prefer you to call us. All in-stock orders can be canceled at any point before we ship. However, we do not guarantee we will catch your order in time before it ships.
