All damaged (from transit) or incorrect items received should be reported to us within 5 days upon receipt.
All other return requests must be made within 15 business days after delivery. Authorization must be made by phone or Email. Call us toll-free at 1-877-671-7173 Monday-Friday; 9 am-6 pm ET. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: Please package the product(s) in a box or the package it was sent to you in. Include the order number or a copy of the receipt inside the package along with the product(s) you are returning. Put a note in the package suggesting what you would like done (refund, exchange). Apply postage to the package and return it to 'Replacement Remotes Attn: Returns Dept., 4945 Reynolda Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27106'.
New/Refurbished items must have our security sticker/mark intact. Refunds are issued the same manner in which we have received your funds. Non-refundable unless defective items (only exchanges may be excepted): Batteries, Keypad Repair Kit, Master/Setup Remotes, Hard copy manuals, and PDF manuals. More conditions may apply. Returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee if a product is returned without notice by our staff.
If we offer free shipping at the time of purchase, we may withhold our cost for shipping the item from the refund. After returning your product(s), we will only refund the price of the product(s) in most cases. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Please read our full Return Policy. International returns & exchanges
We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned unless the customer is willing to pay all shipping and importation fees. Returns-Customs, Duties, Taxes & VAT: Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. Additionally, we cannot refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs.

All credit card refunds are issued to the originally charged credit card only. All refund checks are issued in the original order name and mailed to the original address only. Exchanges for another item is permitted for the length of the warranty period. Refunds will only be issued after the merchandise is received. We will not reimburse you for the postage spent sending the remote back to us. Your credit card will not be credited or given an exchange unit until we receive and inspect the remote. Most credit card companies will post the credit to your account within 48 hours, but it may take up to 2 weeks before your credit is posted.

All order cancellations must be made before we ship your item(s). If we have already shipped your item(s), your order cannot be canceled. You must follow our RETURN POLICY at this point. In order to cancel an order please call us. If you email us, we may not get to your email in time before we ship, we prefer you call us. All in-stock orders can be canceled at any point before we ship without any fees. If you place an order for a "special ordered" or "Backordered item," you have 24-business hours to cancel. If you cancel after the 24-business hours we may require a $5 cancellation fee. This fee can be waived depending on the situation.
