Ordered this remote for the HD Zoom feature after Comcast went to a different remote without this feature. Well satisfied. Will probably order another one for my bedroom. Yup you guessed it - too lazy to carry this one back and forth. Well laid out and easy to read and use.

Needed better instructions. The one small piece of paper was accidentally discarded with the packing slip. But worked fine following a search for online instructions.
Good remote. Should have included insteuctions on pairing it with the cable box. Spent lots of time searching for the right code. Pairing with the TV was simple.
ZERO STARS. Doesnt work won't tune in to TV. no instructions sent with remote when looked on website followed info. still doesnt work.waste of money.
Unless you have X1 From Xfinity this is the only remote you should ever consider for other Xfinity and Comcast products. I have (9) Flat screens in my house and by the pool and recently had to change my HD receivers to a newer model (RNG 110). The remote that came with this equipment was nothing but junk didn't work most times. The RC1475507/02B used to be the standard and I had one left after turning in my old equipment and decided to give it a try and it work great so I bought (8) more. One other note, you don't have to change to X1 if you don't want to. You can still get everything X1 has as programming with the RNG 110 you just don't get some of the crazy frills that you don't need if you still like to use the brain God gave you.
Very happy with my new remote. It came in record time. I could have gotten a new remote free from my cable provider but they couldn't get me this model. Since we'd had this one for many years & we were used to it we didn't want to get accustomed to a different one.

Unlike Comcast's new remote, this one has the HD Zoom button, which allows you to watch programming in the correct aspect ratio.
It works great. Only problem they didn't include programming instructions, but when I called, he sent them immediately.
Unfortunately, the code for my CISCO cable box, in not on your list. A call to your office as answered by a man who said he didn't know the code. As of now, I own a brand new useless piece of equipment. If you can supply me with the CISCO code it would be most welcome
The items are as described and seem to work properly. One issue, a major one, is that I have been unable to find the correct code for one of my units (an old 9" RCA).

It works fine but instructions are very difficult to follow. I still haven't set it up, I keep reading instructions and hope some day to be able to complete the task. I have two college degrees and still find it a challenge.

I did need to contact Replacement Remotes to find out the unlock code (982) before I could program them for my use. Only hade 1 remote with a problem. I will ask for a replacement with my next order.

However I accomplished by needs using the AUX and TV buttons. This was a second Remote so my wife and I could sit in different chairs and each have a Remote of their own. I have a Time Warner Remote also.
