Control seems to work well with both Samsung TV units that I have. One nit pick is that the battery install is confusing. I followed the marked indications and the unit did not work, I reversed the battery to install it as the spring / slide connections were installed; then the control worked OK.
Keys must be pushed with a heavy hand to get them to register the first time.
I bought this substitute brand because reviewers said that it was better than OEM... If that is the case there must be a lot of unhappy Samsung owners out there. (I normally buy only Sony products) These TV's came with a used RV, which had all of it's remotes stolen from it while it set on the sales lot. I'll buy a real Samsung remote for the DVD / Soundbar unit.
