• The shipping time on these products was unbelievable, like 2 days. Same remote as the ones that came with my system. The only thing is they should include directions to sync it with the xfinity box.

• Product is in new condition as advertised and works perfectly. Unfortunately the two day delivery that I paid for took four days for delivery this was not Dan's Electronic s fault but that of the carrier that delivered it.So I will still do business with Dan's in the future.

• Came smashed to Smithereens. The soft package it was delivered in was fine but the remote wasn't. I would highly recommend using a box for delivery.

• I bought this as a second remote for my Xfinity DVR. My wife uses the one that came with the DVR and I needed one that I could see at night with big bright buttons. This one is exactly like the one I got from Xfinity. If you are worried about it being some knockoff and not working correctly- don't worry. I went through four other remotes trying to get one that worked even half as well as the one from Comcast. It arrived a few days before the estimated arrival date. I put the batteries in and followed the simple instructions that came with in the package (Xfinity had them on the screen, too) and within about a minute it was setup with my DVR and TV. I saw plenty of remotes online for $10-$15 but this was $25 well spent. Good deal.

• Got this to replace the newer XR15 that came with my Comcast Xfinity X1 box. Newer is not always better. This is much easier and comfortable to use than the newer one. Especially the silver navigation buttons in the middle. A bit pricey however, especially since i found out i could have just called Comcast and gotten a free replacement, which i did, intending to send this one back. This one arrived first, but when the Comcast remote arrived, it was the wrong one. it took 2 weeks to get the right one from Comcast, which i will keep as a spare. Decided to keep both since this one arrived quickly and i had been using it while waiting for the Comcast shipment.
