The 365LM is a universal plug-in radio receiver designed for single-channel garage door and gate opener control. It accepts up to 8 Security Plus remote controls or one DIP switch remote, making it suitable as a replacement receiver or system upgrade. Compatible with LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Sears remotes using DIP switches, rolling code, or Security Plus technology on 315MHz. Not compatible with 390MHz remotes—use model 635LM for that frequency. Plugs into a standard 120-volt, 60Hz outlet and connects via included bell wire to your opener's push button or directly to the unit. Features a power indicator light and momentary contact closure output rated at 5 amps. Also accepts signals from wireless keypad model 376LM (sold separately). Includes bell wire, wire clips, and installation instructions. Equivalent to Chamberlain model 955D.
