This module fixed my fan that would not reverse anymore. Very easy to install (just click on the connector). The fan however turnt very slow (much slower than before), which I also could see comparing to my other two fans of the same brand and model. The problem was that the capacitor on the new module was different (300VAC 4.5uF instead of the old 400VAC 5.5uF). I exchanged the capacitor with the one from the old broken module and now it works like a charm!

I found the part on their website real easy. It was shipped quickly and was in working order when I received it. This website will be my go to for more electronic parts in the future.

These are hard to locate so when I found Dan's it so easy I order and in a blink of an eye they are delivered. I have 6 Monte Carlo uplight/downlight, reversible ceiling fans, my fans are now 17 years old I love them and DONOT Like some of the newer fans & controls so being able to get these controls makes happy to repair the remotes! They work great!

Product works well as replacement part in my Minka Aire Concept Fan II. The only issue was the plug end was male and I needed a female end. I had to cut the female plug off the old one and replace the male end on the new part. I feel lucky to have found the part and thankful I could make it work.

It was not compatible with my remote even though the website indicated it was. I removed the cap and rewired to my existing controller to make it work. I would not recommend this product since the description regarding compatibility is incorrect.

Part arrived quickly and was super easy to replace original that fried in a Florida lightning storm. I like that this module doesn't work with CFL bulbs, so I could switch to LED bulbs. My fan and light work like new! Quality and price are great.

The part arrived quickly, but for some reason it only solved part of my repair problem. I have since spoken with the fan manufacturer, and they are going to send me another capacitor, and I will then know if this part is faulty or if there is something else wrong.
