This device is an exact replacement for the broken one in my rental property. All functions work without need to program them in or an exotic button pushing ballet to get something to work which was native to the remote sold with the purchase, years ago. The video which ReplacementRemotes.com posted to test a control for failure was excellent & simple to follow. It confirmed what I suspected. The order was flawless & the delivery was very fast. I can't rate the product I purchased from you because it didn't work with my Vizio TV. The one I orldeddor ordered was not quite right, but I took a gamble. It didn't work so I bought new TV, but still use the old Vizio I operate manually. Be great if I could have revived this old TV because I can still play play old VHS tapes on it.
