So far so good. Have only used it for on/off and volume control so far. Samsung orig. remote was not turning tv on/off easily.

OK but has a few sticky keys; functions as described as a replacement remote for my Samsung tv. Would be a 5star if the keys didn't stick. [the sticky ones are the ^ and v around the enter key; just below the green MENU key] I may have to order another just to see if this is a systemic problem or only on this particular item. Product and very fast. It was exactly what we wanted.

This remote doesn't have everything that the one it replaced did, but that's OK because all I really wanted it for is to turn the TV on and off. I may use some of the other features (such as the Source button), but haven't yet needed to. My cable remote does everything else (including turning the TV on and off). My only complaint is that I have to press the buttons really hard in order to get it to do anything.

Front Panel is set up just like the original. Very easy to use and functions like the original as well. Very satisfied.

Arrived very quickly and made things so much easier for me...trying to get into a menu without the original remote was proving to be impossible! During this pandemic, my sanity has been restored...or maybe not, but thank you just the same.

Exactly as promised

This a good replacement for the original Samsung remote. The only fault I found was the 4 way arrow button. The remote I received clicks when using this button like it is sticking between the button and the outer casing. Other than that the remote works great and is a well needed replacement. I would recommend this remote.

Great easy to use

I thought I had repaired my Remote (anderic rr00784c) by opening it up and cleaning the circuit board with alcohol patches, letting the board fully discharge. Then following instructions from Youtube pressing all of the keys repeatedly, reassembling the remote and it cycled ok twice but then crashed. I did determine that the remote would be sending out pretty much constantly an infra red signal which would make my Samsung TV flash a red indicator on the front of the TV. At this point all of this nonsense stopped with the new remote from Dan's. The old remote went to the round file and now no more problems. Thanks Dan

Remote works as describe for my Samsung TV model me32c. I was extremely happy to find this website. The only issue with this remote is it will not power my TV off, it will power the TV on but not off. I have tried everything, really not that much of a big deal seening as the TV is in my garage. Overall this is a good remote and does pretty much everything I need it to do. Thank you

I would have given 5 stars, but what detracted was the fact that the downward facing directional button does not have a smooth operation when pressed. It sort of has a slight bump to overcome, unlike the rest which feel normal. Good product though!

The remote I ordered seems to work fine with the exception that there are certain buttons on the original remote that would have made it easier to set up the Samsung tv I have just bought. The price is reasonable and it does its job as intended.Just make sure you have the correct model or serial numbers and you should be fine.
