This unit was purchased as a kit with the remote UC7222T and worked perfectly with my Hampton Bay Altura 68 inch Ceiling fan with lights. Installation was very easy. All functions restored.

Like it very much. What some people have been complaining about some of these replacement remotes is that the fan speeds are slower. I can't that there's any difference with the speeds given by this receiver.

Not built exactly like the original one but fits in perfectly and all the wires are a exact match. The original one lasted only three years which was mentioned in many of the reviews about the fan but we really liked the design and size of the fan. All's well now, hope this one last longer.
