the first remote i received did not work . I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement a replacement that worked. Good service.

I rescued a dog about a year ago and one of his first chew toys was unfortunately my new sound bar remote lol. I waited a year because I didn't think it could be replaced -until I came across your website . Everything works great thank you so much for replacing my remote!!!!!
