Replacement Remotes will do our very best to supply you the remote you need and all remotes are guaranteed for 90 Days from purchase. If your remote is no longer available as new we may have one that is refurbished. All refurbished remotes are tested and in good working order when shipped.
OUR MISTAKE
If the new or refurbished remote you receive from us is faulty or we send you the wrong remote. Or if our website told you that the your original remote could be replaced by the one you purchased, but doesn't. Then we consider the mistake ours. YOUR MISTAKE
If you failed to read remote details on the web site (under product details). Your remote is not fully compatible because of a missing button (you can see which buttons are different from the pictures we provide). If you do not like the way it looks or feels. You found or repaired your original and no longer need the purchased product. Or you failed to contact us within 7 DAYS of receiving your remote.
Return for REFUND (mistake is ours)
If our mistake, we would be glad to do an exchange, but if you request a refund, we will issue a full refund. (We will not refund the postage you spent on shipping it back to us).
Return for REFUND (mistake is yours) We will accept your return for refund after you authorize the return with us. We will then refund your purchase price subtracted the price you paid for shipping and a $2.00 restocking fee.

Please call first for authorization. Once your remote is returned to us we will swap it out for the one you purchased. We may credit you $2.00 for postage in returning the remote.

Canceling A Special Ordered Remote
All special ordered remotes that are canceled after 24
hours will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee (no charge if before 24 hours). If we already shipped out the remote we will have to wait until you return the remote to us before we credit you back for your purchase minus shipping and a $2.00 restocking fee.

Most credit card companies will post the credit to your account within 48 hours, but it may take up to 2 weeks before your credit is posted.
Owner's Manuals Owner's Manuals and Operating Manuals that are sold on the site are NOT Refundable, this includes the hard copy and the PDF downloadable version.
Batteries Batteries are NON-refundable. If you return them you will not be refunded for them. We will not send them back to you.
