Restocking Fees: $2 restock fee on Anderic Remotes and remotes that are in stock. 20% restock fee on special ordered remotes and remotes that we don't normally keep in stock.
WHEN WE ISSUE A REFUND
Returns for a refunds are excepted only if we are notified by phone within 7 days after delivery that you will be returning item for refund. All refunds are subject to our restocking fees. Refunds will only be issued after the merchandise is received. We will not reimburse you for the postage spent sending the remote back to us.
All credit card refunds are issued to the originally charged credit card only. All refund checks are issued in the original order name and mailed to the original address only. Exchanges for another item is permitted for the length of the warranty period. Your credit card will not be credited or given an exchange unit until we receive and inspect the remote. Most credit card companies will post the credit to your account within 48 hours, but it may take up to 2 weeks before your credit is posted.
The warranty covers exchanges for the same product, or one of equivelent value. The warranty period for all original remotes (New & Refurbished) is defined as 60 days from the original ship date for mechanical defect. All Anderic brand remotes have a 1-year replacement warranty. Shipping and Handling not included. We will not refund your return postage for any reason. We do not give refunds for items still within the warranty period.
If you failed to read remote details on the web site (under product details). Your remote is not fully compatible because of a missing button (you can see which buttons are different from the pictures we provide). If you do not like the way it looks or feels. You found or repaired your original and no longer need the purchased product. Or you failed to contact us within 7 DAYS of receiving your remote. There will be a restocking fee.
If we send the wrong remote, if the remote arrives broken, or if we have a bad replacement on our website, we may issue a return shipping label. After we get the remote back we can refund or exchange. Refunds may be subject to a restock fee.
CANCELING A SPECIAL ORDER
A special ordered is defined as any item that we had to back order. All special ordered items that are canceled after 24 hours will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee (no charge if before 24 hours) if not shipped yet. If we already shipped out the remote we will have to wait until you return the remote to us before we credit you back. In this case we keep a larger restocking fee, we must keep original shipping costs (depending on the method you selected on checkout) and a 20% restocking fee.
Universal Remotes Guarantee All Universal remotes are NOT guaranteed to work you units. Even if the description says it will work your brand unit, it still may not. If returning a Universal remote, we do not offer refunds on Universal remote controls or Anderic Universal remotes unless otherwise stated. We will still keep Shipping and restock fee.
Anderic Guest Remotes Returns and Exchanges
Replacement Remotes gives a 10 day return policy on our guest remotes. Guest remotes my be returned or exchanged within 10 business days after delivery. We do not accept returns if the remotes are broken or if they look used. We will only accept refunds or exchanges if the remotes are in new condition.

If you don't receive your order in a reasonable amount of time, please E-Mail or call and we will check delivery status. If necessary we may send another and require you to fill out a lost package form for insurance reasons.
