Replacement Remotes will do our very best to supply you the remote you need and all remotes are guaranteed for 90 Days from purchase. If your remote is no longer available as new we may have one that is refurbished. All refurbished remotes are tested and in good working order when shipped.
Note: In order to credit a returned remote, the remote must be in as good shape physically as it was when it left our facility. If it is not, then we can only give an exchange, if possible.
OUR MISTAKE
If the new or refurbished remote you receive from us is faulty or we send you the wrong remote. Or if our website told you that the your original remote could be replaced by the one you purchased, but doesn't. Then we consider the mistake ours.
Return for REFUND
If our mistake, we would be glad to do an exchange, but if you request a refund, we will issue a full refund. (We will not refund the postage you spent on shipping it back to us).
Return for EXCHANGE
Please call first for authorization. Once your remote is returned to us we will swap it out for the one you purchased. We may credit you $2.00 for postage in returning the remote.
YOUR MISTAKE
If you failed to read remote details on the web site (under product details). Your remote is not fully compatible because of a missing button (you can see which buttons are different from the pictures we provide). If you do not like the way it looks or feels. You found or repaired your original and no longer need the purchased product. Or you failed to contact us within 7 DAYS of receiving your remote.
Return for REFUND We will accept your return for refund after you authorize the return with us. We will then refund your purchase price subtracted the price you paid for shipping and a $2.00 restocking fee.
Return for EXCHANGE
Please call first for authorization. Once your remote is returned to us we will swap it out for the correct remote that you needed (charge or credit if price difference). We will NOT credit your postage for the return.
Canceling A Special Ordered Remote
All special ordered remotes that are canceled after 24
hours will be charged a $5.00 cancellation fee (no charge if before 24 hours). If we already shipped out the remote we will have to wait until you return the remote to us before we credit you back for your purchase minus shipping and a $2.00 restocking fee.
Universal Remotes Guarantee
All Universal remotes are NOT guaranteed to work you units. Even if the description says it will work your brand unit, it still may not. If returning a Universal remote, we will refund all but shipping and handling.
Owner's Manuals Owner's Manuals and Operating Manuals that are sold on the site are NOT Refundable, this includes the hard copy and the PDF downloadable version.
Batteries Batteries are NON-refundable. If you return them you will not be refunded for them. We will not send them back to you.

Most credit card companies will post the credit to your account within 48 hours, but it may take up to 2 weeks before your credit is posted.

- All dashes, back/front slashes, and spaces are unnecessary
- Please double check your number, you may be getting the letter "O" (ohh) and the number "0" (zero) confused
- If nothing is found after running a search, try shortening your search. Example: change you model number from "CLU692GR" to "CLU692"
- Serial numbers are not recognized in our system
- Cannot find your Model number? Try browsing by brand by selecting the brand at left. All pictures of remote will show, you can browse by pictures until you find your remote. Note: similar remotes will also work your unit
