This thing works better than the original, further range, faster reaction. Worked right out of the box with no set-up required!!! Customer service was a pleasure to interact with when I inquired about late shipment. I was informed that they had a supply interruption. I was informed that it would take until the end of the month and they would stay on top of it. It arrived ten days before the month's end!!! This is one of the best customer service departments I've encountered. She didn't try to bury the problem or sugar coat it but addressed it head on and truthfully explained their problem and what they were doing to clear it up. If I could remember her name I would like to personally like to thank her. If the need ever comes up where I need any product that you sell, I definitely use your company, due to her excellent service!!!! Vern Cotten
