I'm happy with my new remote. I didn't need to reprogram my Yamaha soundbar. I just put new batteries in and pushed the on button.

Good quality remote. My original lasted about 3 years and this remote seems to be every bit as good. All the function buttons work very smoothly. If you need a new yamaha remote, don't hesitate about getting this one.
