• This was already programed to work so there was no need to purchase a manual or instruction book which I did not purchase. All I had to do was put batteries in and the remote worked just like the one I replaced. This was also a great buy as I paid under $20.00 that included shipping.

• This is a good remote and easy to use. It is fragile and gravity will prove that if not kept secure. But since i have received it and in goo time, it has been operating very well with no problems right out of the box. I wanted a remote that worked directly with my TV model and it does quite well. A good buy.

• Exact same as original remote with one important exception... it works and it does not run the batteries down in a few weeks. I have bought several replacement remotes from these people with !00% satisfaction. Puppies, pizza fingers, lost, dead, I have had every reason and they always come through with quick delivery too.

• Backlight does not work, but I don't care. I was replacing a remote where the backlight would come on randomly and run the batteries down, maybe VIZIOS fix was to disable the backlight?

• This product is an exact replacement of our original. Once I got it to synch up with the TV and all the devices (cable box) with the standard remote synch process from the menu, all was perfect. it works the external devices just as the original did. Maybe this one will not go through batteries so fast (we shall see.) I was pleasantly surprised to find a replacement remote at an EXTREEMELY reasonable price. Absolutely recommend this remote for replacement. ~CH~
