I was so frustrated that I couldn't order a replacement remote directly from Samsung after my dog chewed my to bits... I was nervous about buying off brand and others that didn't match the VIN number. I bought an off brand one at Walmart before as a quick fix and it was AWFUL... so much lag, not responsive at all, and you had to sit in just the right spot to get it to work. This replacement remote was a godsend because it's the exact same remote that I had, as if it was coming directly from Samsung. And it synced without issue. Already thinking about ordering a back up.
