It works better than the original, which had a slide-the-finger touch plate, like a laptop computer keyboard's touch pad, which was hard to use. This one is all push button and it works nicely--far easier to use and more ergonomic. Original was rectangular. This was pricey, but I am very happy with it.

It was fast and happy with the product.

Works same as original, touch pointer works too.

The touch pad works for clicking but I don't get the pointer for selecting on the tv without using the directional. Minor problem and tolerable. Overall I'm satisfied

The remote is functioning as well as the remote that originally came with the television. It has satisfied my requirements and needs. I am highly pleased with the product and would recommend using your services to anyone else who needs to replace a remote for a television.
