After receiving the remote and installing the batteries I aimed it at the sound bar, selected the volume control, and wham! It worked right out of the box.

Exactly what I needed (since I wore out the mute button on my old one). Arrived quickly and I am happy that I can, once again, mute commercials. However, like my previous one, the mute button on this one doesn't work on my husband.
