It took a little while to get it but is the same as the factory remote.I couldn't find the factory remote anywhere else.I have used your services before and will again.Anyone wanting high quality products not throw away junk mostly sold now need to go here for replacement parts.Boyd

the remote was for our surround sound. was not with the house when we purchased it. would highly recommend your website to others.
