I bought this from Dan's Electronics to replace my original Panasonic remote, same part number. I am very happy, unit is new & is OEM. Be careful, knockoffs of these units are being sold everywhere! Shipping was fast, and all is as promised. Dan's prices are very competive, as well as shipping charges. I have seen these Pansasonic remotes in a cheap knockoff version being sold for just about as much as Dan is getting for the original!
