They rushed my order because I missed a communication with them. The remote worked first time and I'm glad I replaced it. We are giving the TV and now working remote to a Vets group that want TV's with VCR players built in. with Roku pad they can also get Netflixs.. For the next few weeks I will enjoy turning the TV on and off with my refurnished remote.

Remote did not work had to return it. Waiting on replacement.

I received remote control; install brand new batteries but it does not work! How it possible that new device do not work? Tried to call customer service - no one is available; leave message and phone number - no one return call. SO BAD SERVICE, NO RESPECT. Will claim case to return back my money
