Ordered the remote and immediately got a confirmation email. Months went by with nothing while they procurred it. Eventually I got an email with the tracking number and the remote arrived. The remote itself was brand new, and was already On the right frequency to be paired with my projector. All the buttons work, the remote is as good of quality as my original. 10/10 would order again if needed.
