This receiver & a remote are part of a kit sent to me for my Hampton Bay ceiling fan. It didn't work. Had been sent a replacement remote for it before, but thought I didn't need it & was going to return it. Turned out that remote worked with the original receiver, which I put back in the fan mount. So, I'm keeping the remote sent at first & returning the kit sent later. Will mail it today.

Purchase this replacement receiver as my fan stopped responding to the remote, after installing fan still did not respond to remote, yes i set the dim switches. Seem the receiver and reverse module went bad from a power outage. After replace the reverse module and receiver fan responded as it should. "Hi, Med, Low, off, reverse, up light with dimmer and lower light with dimmer. Perfect.

The receiversworked very well with my existing Hampton Fans. Handyman said very easy to install the receivers.

The receiver unit arrived when it was supposed to and it worked perfectly.

Arrived on time, worked as expected. Appeared identical to the one replaced. Only minor issue was the code switch block had only three switches instead of four. Results in fewer codes. Only a problem if there are more than 12 similar recievers in range of a remote transmitter. Not a problem for me.
