The UC7067FCRX is made to replace a wide range of Hampton Bay and Harbor Breeze ceiling fan receivers and is designed specifically for use with thermostatic remote controls like the CHQ7096T, ensuring compatibility with your remote control setup.
Universal Compatibility: With the standard design and simple wiring, this receiver will connect directly inside the canopy. This receiver is to be used with the FAN9-T Thermostatic remote with the Fan timer button. (not the model with For/Rev) and the CHQ7096T Thermostatic remote with the Fan timer button.

This receiver allows your fan to work:

It worked! Took a while to diagnose the problem, but getting this receiver and changing bulbs to incandescent from LED solved the problem.

It fixed our fan since it had not worked for years. Either we hooked it up wrong or we did not order the correct one since we cannot get the top light to come on but the fan works for us just as is with the bottom light that comes on. We are satisfied.

The only issue was that the original remote had four wires on one side to operate the upper light. After a call to Replacement Remotes, I was able to find a solution .

Exact replacement for the original! Worked first try. Too bad fan died a day later. Surge took out the remote and looks like the fan too. Don't know till you try.

The 'light switch' option doesn't work correctly. The fluorescent bulb (weak) flashes when the light switch is off. The bulb works normally when the light switch is powered on.
