It wasn't the exact remote shown in the photo or the same as the original remote that came with the t.v. The important stuff worked on it . The qwerty keyboard did not.

This is a great replacement remote control. I wish that Sony would have made their original remote like this one. The keypad on the reverse side is worth the price of the remote itself.

Remote does not seem to have full function out of the box. I cannot enter any info on the QWERTY keyboard. Other than that, the shipping was prompt, and the other functions on the remote work.

I give it four star because it is a cheap replacement for my old remote It would have easily been five if I could have figured out how to put the batteries in - I went out and the remote was open on the kitchen counter - My wife figured it our I'm never gonna live this down - Serious there is no obvious compartment - No friction pad to slip your thumb along to open it and NO DIRECTIONS I think the wife cheated and called the 800 number. Great product well worth the price

If I could give you more stars I would! This was a perfect replacement, working for our TV immediately out of the box. Our original had a slide out Keyboard; this one has it on the back. It works just as well. Plus it was quick and cheap. What more could anyone want!

I was skeptical at first that the remote would work with my 8+ year old Vizio model#: SV422XVT. It worked right out of the package. I could finally access the tv's menu and go back to setting the timer :) As advertised the qwerty keyboard on the rverse side of the remote doesn't work, I never used it on the old remote. No big loss.

perfect right out of the box! Already paired with the TV. QWERTY keyboard is exposed but I've not had an issue - and to be honest the original VIZIO remote featured a "slide-out" keyboard, which was the point of failure. I got fast shipping, item exactly what I needed. Given that my VIZIO tv also has a broken "jog wheel", I was dead in the water without a remote.... so I'm extremely pleased with the replacement from "Replacement Remotes". THANKS!!

This remote is not the same as the original remote that came with the TV...the original had a slide out QWERTY, while this one is on the back side . It works perfectly with all the same functionality.

The replacement works great for my TV and at this price I should have purchased two. I have only recently tried the keyboard and it appears that the keyboard does not work other than the up and down arrows and the exit key. That was a disappointment when I had to sign into my Netflix today.
