• Did not receive remote I ordered. I have emailed the company twice asking how this can be fixed and I have not received any replies. Companies website specifically says they will send you the item you ordered, well that's not the case. I do not recommend ordering from this company as the customer service is non-existent.

• Not happy with product at all. For remote to work you have to be in front of the Roku box and that was not stated in the article when I read the features on the Roku.

• Outstanding remote. As it works with my current Roku1 & several models newer. It has a long life of use. It learns from your own TV remote! Its painless to setup volume ,on/off On this remote. Really happy!

• This Anderic remote is a great replacement for a TV/monitor remote and roku remote. I have purchased additional remotes for all the sets in my home. One issue I found when using this remote with a Roku 3 was when an SD card was installed in the Roku 3 device this remote would not work, but the original roku remote worked fine. I am not sure why this happened but the customer support was great on this product.
