The replacement work s fine, all functions go. Seems as though the ifnra red transmitter is somewhat less powerful than the original. The original would work from a greater distance than the replacement. Noe the less: 4 stars for the device, five starts for servide and pricing.

Although it looks the same, the volume buttons (higher, lower, mute) are in a different place than the original remote I was replacing so it took some time to get used to. But, it turns out that I like the placement of the buttons better on this new one. I'm very satisfied with this new remote and I plan to replace the one used on the kitchen tv soon. And I will buy it from Dan's. Many thanks.

Just what I needed...works great!

Although we are not very "technically competent", so we don't use nearly all the functions that the remote is capable of - the functions we do use are terrific! It works much easier & performs much better than our original control. We are so glad we found this one! We mainly use the "Mute" & Volume controls, & these are arranged in a much more user-friendly pattern than on the original control. We are very pleased with this product.

Works well overall (main power button is Fla bit finicky) & looks almost the same as the original. Didn't expect the button arrangement to be significantly different from the original so it will take time to re-learn where things are & not make mistakes using the wrong buttons. No other options available for a reasonable price so good deal.

Feels cheaply made, but was pleasantly surprised to find that it controls TV as well, so it wasn't "another" remote; we are able to use it in place of the original TV remote. One downside to that is when changing sources, there's no way to 'select' it and have the source menu screen go away. We have to wait for it to time-out and go away. The remote itself does exactly what it was intended for, fully functional, so I give it an A-score. Thank you!
