This is the 3rd replacement remote we bought for our JVC iArt 65" TV. You can't uy the original remote any more and the 1st two replacement remotes we tried didn't work. This is an old TV, so after about another 5 years of fighting with the tv menu buttons, I found this remote on line. I took the risk (a risk to me at the time) and ordered it. was very reasonably priced, and when it showed up I stuck 2 batteries in it and it all worked right AWAY! You talk about the little things making someone happy, well that was me! Every function and feature worked and I didn't even have to put in some code to make the remote work. We are now looking at a few more good years watching our older TV. Thank you so much!!!

The remote seems to operate just as well as the one that came with the TV when new. What else could you ask for.

The remote works very well in the main channel mode. It is easy to use for the main tv controls. However in the picture in picture mode you cannot move from channel to channel which I was able to do on the original remote.

The remote is a replacement for a remote that was lost. The remote was easy to order, was received in the time specified, and worked. You can ask for nothing more than that.
