Did nit work. Set to match Harbor switch settings but had no response. The switch light lit blue to show it had power but did not turn on the fan light or turn on the fan.

The instructions should have let the buyer know that there are 15 workable combinations (there are 16 combinations, but, as your instructions pointed out, all four on off will not work) and the receiving on the fan must have the same setting as the remote. I diagram all 15 and hit the right combination on the fourth try. It would be nice if you would give the 15 combinations in your literature.

I was not able to find the four digit code on my ceiling fan, but after eliminating the combinations from our other fans, I was easily able to guess the correct code for the fan that we bought the remote for. And really, there are only 16 possible combinations, so even if you have to go through all of them, it wouldn't take long. As son as I guessed the right code, the fan and light worked perfectly with the remote. I am more than satisfied with the purchase.

Unfortunately, the remote I ordered recently does not work with my fan. The replacement remote has 5 switches that must be synced with a fan. My fan does not have switches, and the original remote has a learn button instead of those switches. Did I receive the wrong remote?

The remote I received is not exactly the same as the one I am replacing. 1. the replacement sent was beige the original was white. 2. the replacement sent allows me to turn on and off the light, the original allowed me to dim the lights. other than that it works ok.

I find the remote easy to use and aesthetically appealing. It works very well and it is easy to install. It works perfectly with the Harbor Breeze remote receiver Model UC7067RC (sold separately). These products were originally sold at Lowe's as a combination package and I don't know why they don't offer them any longer. If you already have one of these and are adding a fan to the same area where the existing fan has this remote, buy another like it so they look the same in the little cradle holder on the wall.

My wonderful husband misplaced the remote for our two outdoor fans on our covered (but open) porch. The fans and the main post light near the road are on the same light switch in the house. So, whenever we wanted the post light on and we hit the main switch, the fans automatically came on at medium speed (as this was the last setting it was on prior to losing the remote). This wouldn't be too bad, but in Ohio, that tends to get a bit cold in the winter months when you walk up onto the porch. This was a lifesaver when I found it! I originally bought a kit at Lowes for about $34, but you had to replace the transmitter in the already installed fan!This was cheaper, quick shipping, and super easy to "setup". The "learn" button on the remote had it synced up with the two fans/lights in less than 30 seconds! Thanks; what a lifesaver!

I Tried to call and just got a voice mail no customer service rep. My Remote number is KUJce9603. You sent me L3Hfan35T1. It does not work with my fan so I am shipping it back. I had questions that needed to be answered but no live person there. Electrician told me if I ordered a new remote that a part would come with it to go on fan itself. I did not get that either. I bought a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan with light from Lowes many years ago. when the remote stopped working, Lowes' replacement remote did not work on my model (pin set) and would have had to dismantle the whole fan to install the new remote kit.
