All I have to do for a refund is the following: In order to return the item(s), Please package the product(s) in a box or the package it was sent to you in. Include the order number or a copy of the receipt inside the package along with the product(s) you are returning. Apply postage to the package and return it to: Replacement Remotes Attn: Returns Dept. 4945 Reynolda Road Winston Salem, NC 27106 So, I followed the above instructions and all I have to do now is wait for my refund.

Very satisfied with the price and with customer support. Sadly, my fans were not able to pair with the remotes, the problem is the fan not the remotes. Very pleased with the kindness and helpfulness of customer service. Saved Dans Electronic link and will definitely use in the future

Found a comment on the hunter fan website from their customer service representative that this remote was a replacement for my fan. It was not. This remote does not include the dipswitches I needed and does not work for my needs. It falls below the allowable returns dollar amount, so I cannot return it either... On the positive side, the price was right, and the shipping was super fast!

This was easy to install and link. So far, it works great. Shipping was fast.

Will not work with my Hunter ceiling fan, even after several attempts per instructions. I would like a refund of my purchase price. Thanks

Wrong item was sent. A waste of money. I put the part number in the website search engine and it returned the item that said it was for my hunter fan. Unfortunately, it was the wrong part and product.

This is the perfect replacement if your dog chews the remote to your hunter ceiling fan or it meets another destructive fate. Works as stated, shipped and received quickly.
