My order arrived quickly, and it was so easy to use. Buttons and labels are all easy to read, and All functions on this remote work beautifully (unlike the universal remotes I had tried to use with my inherited Sansui TV/DVD combo where at best I could only get the power, volume and channel buttons to work for the TV and nothing for the DVD player). I am 100% happy with it, and I would definitely order another if I ever need one.
