VERY GOOD REMOTE, WORKS PERFECTLY

My only complaint with this remote is that i'm having to order a new one about every year and a half. Its just my wife and i and we both work full time, so only use in the evenings and weekends some. The original one that came with the TV lasted much longer. They work fine new though. Good for ya'll and not as good for us. Glad i'm able to still get one and that it does work. Remote worked great right out of the packaging. But why is it so big for so few buttons?

It was always a good product for us to sell to our customers. Unfortunately, someone on Amazon is now selling it for $17.00 which when my cost is $14.95 plus shipping, will probably make it an item that we can no longer sell to our customers.

I would recommend the remote to people who don't want to deal with wasting time having to setup the remote and finding the tv code. Just add batteries and push the on button. The remote's quality is great, little bigger than the original remote, fits comfortably in my hand.

I use the remote primarily to set the format and volume of the TV because the cable remote will not perform these functions and the side controls on the TV are difficult to reach. The product is of a better quality than the one supplied originally by RCA and it's design and layout are more than adequate.
