• The ergonomics of the front of this remote are excellent. Buttons are well-organized, and easy to use without looking at the remote. The slide-out keyboard, however, is junk, and of little value. The remote quit working after only about 8 months, due to the sliding motion wearing out the wires. They replaced it under warranty, but it was not a good design. Contrary to what the description says about the recommended replacement, the XRT303 does NOT do everything this remote does. It's missing the PIP controls.

• I broke my Visio remote which controls my sound bar, DVD, etc and a universal remote wouldn't work. I tried to fix it..no luck. I ordered this replacement. .now, all is working again. Really easy to swutch. Remote works just like original one. 😀

• The reliability of the remote is disturbing, but nothing you can really do since Vizio will not address this issue.

• I use this remote with my Vizio TV. I really like the remote, but the slide out keyboard is a joke. I have not been able to use it with anything and I think it makes the remote not last as long.
