The remote was the exact one I ordered (no bait and switch going on). It works perfectly. I didn't realize how difficult the old remote was making things until I got this "new" one. The product is supposedly refurbished, but I can't tell any difference between the remote I received and how a brand new one would look and operate. I am very pleased with the purchase and would heartily recommend Replacement Remotes to anyone.
