The Anderic RMC12353 remote control replaces the original RCA RC246 TV remote. The RMC12353 will work right out of the package for compatible RCA TV models listed (but not limited to) without any programming. The RMC12353 is a pre-programmed RCA TV remote and cannot be programmed to any other devices. The remote includes popular features like MENU, FORMAT and of course, all other buttons for normal operations. For detailed information on how to use this product with your RCA TV, please refer to your TV's operating manual.

My only complaint with this remote is that i'm having to order a new one about every year and a half. Its just my wife and i and we both work full time, so only use in the evenings and weekends some. The original one that came with the TV lasted much longer. They work fine new though. Good for ya'll and not as good for us. Glad i'm able to still get one and that it does work. Remote is working as it should, but I do not understand why I have to replace this remote every couple of years.

Original remote always was flaky and no "universal" remote ever worked with the RCA TV. This one works like a champ and the price was right.

Remote worked great right out of the packaging. But why is it so big for so few buttons?
It was always a good product for us to sell to our customers. Unfortunately, someone on Amazon is now selling it for $17.00 which when my cost is $14.95 plus shipping, will probably make it an item that we can no longer sell to our customers.

Just add batteries and push the on button. The remote's quality is great, little bigger than the original remote, fits comfortably in my hand.

The product is of a better quality than the one supplied originally by RCA and it's design and layout are more than adequate.
