Excellent service and the remote is a great replacement for the original one. Even better than the original one with specific buttons for YouTube, Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video.

Solid, reliable, Sony name brand. Exact same that came with my Sony Bravia XR-65A80J & Sony Bravia XR-55A80J TV's. I just wanted a couple more on hand as my wife likes to hide the remote from me. LOL
