5 ??. Ordered refurbished Samsung remote. Arrived much faster than expected. Every function button works properly. Very impressed with condition and functionality of item. Based on my experience I highly recommend Replacement Remotes as a quality company to deal with.

This one works as well as the original one that came with the tv that had eventually stopped working. Customer service was great. I was afraid I had ordered the wrong item so I called the company. A real person (!) answered the phone right away and helped me. I'd order again from this company.
