• I payed extra to ship the item promptly. They sent the wrong cable and refuse to send the correct one until I send the item they sent incorrectly back to them and wait for them to process the return... How is this good customer service? Why wouldn't you send the replacement FIRST so that the customer doesn't have to go without being able to use thier TV due to a mistake on your company's part?

• A bit pricey but cheaper then Samsung! The cable worked perfectly! So happy I was able to use the TV! I may order another just in case...

• You folks are great! Bought two cables only have one TV because my TV is already a few years old. Only receive one had to call and get the other one and Dan was awesome about it! You guys are great excellent customer service products same as what I had. Thank you very much
