We had a universal remote but thought by buying the remote that went with our Blue Ray that we could get the volume to work. We can see the movie but have no sound. Any ideas?

I really liked the fact that I didn't have to do anything for my replacement remote to work we just put in the batteries and it worked right away. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get there actual remote back instead of universal remotes.

As I had mentioned previously I am very satisfied with the remote that I ordered. I wasted a lot of time with numerous universal remotes that only controlled 1 or 2 functions. The remote that I ordered for my RCA Blue Ray Player works perfect. I just wished that I had went to you first. Thank You
