Not sure if this is a factory made remote or a remote made elsewhere, regardless, it was identical to my original remote. The day I received it, (received it 3 days after shipping)I checked all the function buttons to make sure they worked and everything was fine. It appears to be the same quality as the original. This is the 2nd remote I have order from here and would do so again and recommend it to others. 9 out of 10 Dentists also recommend buying from here.
