The product I got was in great condition. All the buttons work just fine. As I was told before I ordered it, the battery door is not available. And I accepted that and went on to order it. Feels good to get a remote control that is the same brand, and works, even though the unit is outdated. Happy to make a great comment.

The remote for my old DVD player was damaged by battery leakage. We don't use it much, but wanted to keep it rather than buy a new unit. The remote I purchased solved the problem at a very reasonable cost.
