I was tired of using a keyboard fix liquid for my old remote. Having to tear it down and putting this liquid on the contacts, that weren't working, then about 3 months doing it all over again.
I locate this site and ordered a replacement remote. This was back in March. I don't give reviews until I use the product for several months. Everything worked right out of the box as it should. No problems with the remote at all.
I see some people have reduced their rating by one star because the layout of the buttons aren't identical to the original remote, that doesn't matter to me, just as long as all the buttons work. When you buy a new electrical item every remote is different from the old unit anyway.
