Great replacement

I ordered a refurbished remote which was in perfect condition. Unfortunately I had to return it because I had purchased it to work as a 2nd remote for an elderly couple to use for streaming purposes. Regrettably I learned, after purchase, the 2015 LG OLED can only have 1 remote for streaming purposes. My elderly parents each wanted a remote for Amazon, Netflix and Hulu streaming. The 2015 LG OLED only allows 1 remote for this purpose because a cursor is involved. Dan's Electronics was fair and agreed to accept the remote back for a refund. I will use Dan's Electronics for other future remote purchases.
