An exact replacement, which is just what I needed. I hate 'universal' remotes because they don't offer all functions of a factory unit. Took a bit longer than I expected due to backorder problems from the manufacturer, but I have it, and it works just fine. This is the second time I've ordered from this company, and I'm satisfied with their selection, service, and price. When I emailed concerning status of my order, after 2000 hrs CST, I received an email response first thing in the following morning, and a followup email with the tracking number. Very responsive service.
