The Anderic CHQ9051T-Wired wall control is for use with 3-speed fans. The Anderic CHQ9051T connects to the fan's receiver unit and allows for control operation. Your fan must have a receiver unit which needs to be paired via the dip-switches with the wall control.
The Anderic CHQ9051T WIRED remote control replaces the original equipment Hampton Bay and Harbor Breeze ceiling fan CHQ9051T. This remote will work in place of a standard wall switch, but also requires a compatible receiver installed in the fan for proper use (UC7067FMRX). The fan must also have a reversing module for the Reverse key to work.
Will replace the Emerson / harbor breeze / Hampton bay UC9050T WIRED remote also. Ours just has an additional button (Reverse).

easy to install, thought they had function for up lights, but they did not. we just turn them off and the uplights go off.
