• Perfect replacement for an old Toshiba combo TV/DVD player we have. Had a little difficulty getting the remote control to be able to change the input to HDMI, but finally figured out it and it works just as good as the original remote control.

• The Toshiba TV/DVD player requires that the channel number selection includes the "dash" symbol, as in 15-1.Our only complaint about this product is that it does not have the "dash" button that the original remote has. If you enter a channel number without the dash, a channel will be displayed, but not always the one you selected. If you press the "Up" arrow, a dash will then be entered and you can make a change to the channel number if necessary.

• It works great. Through trial and error, I discovered that the jump 100 button puts the dash in the channel number.

• I have had the new remote for about 10 days now. The functionalities work the same as the original remote. The new remote is slimmer and some of the buttons are situated in different areas of the device. I have already adjusted to it and would buy it again.

• It works fine, but I use it for my antenna TV and it doesn't have the numerical set up like the old one, where you could key in (for example) 20.1. It doesn't have the decimal.

• I would recommend this to anyone with a good TV with a broken or missing remote. I would also recommend this company, because they were the only ones offering a replacement remote for my particular model. Other companies had remotes for my brand, but not my model.
