Works great but I had to call in to get it to work. It didn't say any where on the instructions to shut the power off and then on again to sinc it to the new remote. But it works great

What we needed

Remote would not pair even though changed out battery, tried learn process, and multiple attempts made. I am an electronic technician (not a novice) this remote was not compatible as advertised.

Works great. Replaces the one that went through the washer and wouldn't work anymore.

I cannot rate the product because I cannot get it to work so I will say it sucks. Been trying to get in contact with customer support to see if there are other options for how to program but I get no reply. I am following the simple directions but nothing works. I would like it to work as a low cost alternative to having to replace the entire fan but I am striking out on communication. This is the second one I have bought. Originally I purchased through Amazon and returned it then purchased through Dan's Electronics. Turns out they both came from the Dan's. DO NOT purchase this product

This replacement remote works better than the remote that came with my ceiling fan! It was super easy to pair with the ceiling fan, thanks to the easy-to-understand directions that came with this remote.
