Turns out I didn't need receivers so it was a very easy fix. Put batteries in and did code on remote to receiver. Now I don't have to fight with my remote to put lights or fan off and on.

The remote sensor on my Emerson fan went out after 16 years and this part was a perfect replacement. The new remote didn't have the reverse fan function but I wasn't all that concerned as I never reverse the direction. As it turns out, both the new and old remote work with the new sensor so it's a non-issue and I now have two working remotes which comes in handy.

We tried 3 different transmitters and remotes and this is the only that worked. Easy to install and sturdy. Not sure why others didn't work. Will order 1 more for 2nd fan. Thanks!

Very fast service (ordered Tuesday and received Thursday)and exactly what was needed. I had a light for a painting that would have required an extensive wiring job. Instead I treated it as a fan with two lights and wired it to an existing ceiling fan. As a plus, the remote also works as a dimmer on both the lights. Installed by my electrician, but took less than an hour including disassembling and reassembling the fan.

Yeah until you need a part like that it's awful hard to find one there's a lot of model numbers that are just like that but that thing works great upper lights dim bottom lights dim. Pleased as punch

Hi, I was very happy with this product. I bought this for an unconventional installation. It was installed in a Hampton Bay Fan w/one set of three lights below the fan. I swapped those out to LED opera lights (small receptacle.) The 3 lights on the fan were all the room had. So I purchased 2 12"x48" LED ceiling lights from the orange big box store. Think they were 120$/ea - 4200 lumens. I installed the lights and brought the wires back to the fan remote and connected them to red (upper light)and white (on red wire side of the receiver - see above).) Blue went to (lower light) and fan to black and white. Everything is labeled. Now I have separate control of the fan light, fan speed and 2 additional lights (connected together.) There's not much room. I had to dissemble the fan enough to organize the wires and sandwich the receiver between the mounting plate (screwed to the jbox in the ceiling) and the fan bracket screwed to it. Also!!!! I noticed after all was said and done that the fan lights were on in the other bedroom. Even though it's an entirely different remote - the frequency is the same. I have to pull everything apart in the new installation to change the mode switch..... ARG!!!!!!!

Technician was helpful answering questions before I ordered it to be sure I had the correct one and gave me measurements to be sure it would fit. Was satisfied with normal delivery. It worked fine and was an easy fix.

I obtained a used Emerson fan that had is own receiver, but no remote. I could not find a replacement remote compatible with existing receiver *no longer made) that controlled, up/down lights, multiple fan speeds and could reverse fan direction. Decided the "reverse" option on a remote was not high on my priority list so I choose to replace the existing receiver with a new receiver and remote. I purchased the Anderic "kit" and quickly had the fan up and running. I recommend it to anyone.
